Motion System) 令重復使用精度在0.02mm內, 高度之調整公差為0.01mm,. 並提高正常使用壽命達十年以上. |

checking for straighness of hands, fixing hands, crown/pusher pick up
and visual checking. The static removing from cases and vacuum cleaning
dust is also work under semi-automatic and Automatic configuration. The
manpower required for operation is low and no special training is required.
The production rate and quality of product is stable.

The
use of new technology
Each part of the machine for this assembly line are controlled
by PC or Plc. Each space and junction would use the sensor, pneumatics electronic
parts link together. It will also use the high precision Liner Motion system,
with variations less than 0.02mm, the variation on the adjusted high is
0.01mm. The useful life of the machine is improved up to more than 10 years
under normal conditions. |
